•    The minimum age required to rent a vehicle from AutoTop is 23 years.
    •    The client must hold a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
    •    The minimum rental period is 48 hours (2 calendar days).
    •    To rent a vehicle, the client must present a valid identification document (ID card or passport), along with a valid driver’s license.
    •    AutoTop reserves the right to verify the client’s personal data, with their consent, in accordance with legal regulations.
    •    A security deposit between 100 and 1000 EUR is required, depending on the selected vehicle. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle, provided all rental terms are met.
    •    Reservations are considered valid only after a minimum advance payment (deposit) of 50 EUR, which will be deducted from the total rental cost.
    •    The use of AutoTop vehicles for illegal purposes or criminal activities is strictly prohibited.
    •    Transferring the rented vehicle to another person without written consent from AutoTop is not allowed.
    •    Rental payments can be made in cash, by bank card, or via bank transfer.
